More than 800 Morningside College students, faculty, and staff take a day off to celebrate community service by giving back to the community. Organized by Morningside’s chapter of Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK), a national leadership honor society, Into the Streets gives students groups and teams an opportunity to volunteer at almost 80 different locations in the Sioux City area.
This year Countryside has 20 Morningside nursing students at our building. They helped with washing windows, cleaning the wheelchairs, and playing games with our residents. Thank you Morningside College for having MSNA (Morningside Student Nurse Association) for you community service!
