Patty has worked for Countryside for over a year and she goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care to our residents. She has a positive attitude, an infectious laugh, and is considered one of our kindest team members. Patty is committed to our residents and dedicated to the Countryside team. She goes out of her way daily to assist other departments, which demonstrates her skills as a team player. An example of Patty’s excellence is, “In the morning, Patty will help in the dietary department by assisting with meal tray plating and delivery.” Her excellent customer service skills and fun personality are noticed by all the residents and staff who are very grateful to have such a hardworking employee.
