Countryside appreciates every CNA’s hard work and the dedication they show our resident. This month’s CNA has shown us that during the times of COVID-19 the passion an employee shows a resident must never stop. The past couple weeks have been a real struggle when it comes to staffing. There was one day where the floor was down one CNA and some of the residents were definitely mood. The admissions director asked our CNA to do a task for a resident that wasn’t down her hall. Not only did Gabby stop what she was doing to help the resident, she did it with a positive attitude and she was super sweet to the resident. We all know that working in a nursing home can be difficult, but the staff members that come in everyday with a positive attitude and a passion for their job, deserves to be recognize. Thank you Gabby Parr for all that you do! We are honored to have you as October’s customer service superstar.
